| 1989 | July: He celebrates the first “Love Parade” with 149 other like-minded people. November: Fall of the Berlin Wall: Explosive development of house culture in Berlin, especially in the eastern part of the city. |
| 1990 | Radio play production for WDR with author & director Helmut Marko (“Asylum”, first broadcast in March 1990). Further radio plays in the same constellation followed in the next few years. |
| 1991 | First live performances at techno parties under the artist name COSMIC BABY. The enthusiasm for making music in the techno scene, which is internationally networked right from the start, and the resonance of the first record productions release energy and ideas for a style-defining sound aesthetic. |
| 1992 | A total of 12 releases, highly acclaimed appearances in almost every city in Germany, first concerts in Europe and the USA, encounters with outstanding international techno music artists. Media echo in the usual industry superlatives (“the first star of techno music”, “techno wunderkind”). October: Main actor in the award-winning ZDF/ARTE documentary production “Lost in Music: Tekkno-Trance”. November: Release of the classic album “Stellar Supreme”. |
| 1993 | Voted “Musician/Producer” and “Performer of the Year” in the listener polls of “Frontpage” and “Groove” and the New York magazine “Brand X”. Performances at the most important parties, raves and festivals throughout Europe, the USA and Australia. Release of projects in cooperation with other well-known artists that became so-called “techno classics”: “ENERGY 52”, “VISIONS OF SHIVA”, “FUTURHYTHM” / “VEINMELTER”. |
